Samuel holds an Executive Masters degree in Business Administration from the prestigious International School of Management (IESE), University of Navarra Barcelona having initially held a Bachelors degree in Engineering with a second-class upper division in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), A Corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), Registered member of the Council for regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and Honorary Senior member of Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has attended various local and international courses including management/leadership programs at IESE (Spain), INSEAD (France), Wharton (USA) and Columbia (USA).

He has significant experience in various sectors of the economy, including Banking, Business consulting, Construction and Engineering. These experiences were acquired in very strong institutions that include Arthur Andersen & Company (now KPMG professionals), United Bank for Africa Plc, NNB International Bank, First Bank Nigeria Plc and other financial institutions, both as staff or/and as consultant. His core competences include:

CHARITY BABATUNDE – Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Charity holds a BSc. Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria and an MBA from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has over 13 eclectic years of banking experience in Audit, International trade, Treasury Marketing, Electronic Banking and Human Resources.

She left the banking sector in October 2003 to pursue her dream of becoming an entrepreneur and became one of the pioneers in the Events Management industry in Nigeria when she set up Precious Moments Limited a company that has successfully handled various corporate and social events. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of RAVE et al Limited – a social enterprise poised to empower youths to succeed by reinforcing values, attitudes and life skills imperative for success.

Charity has attended numerous management courses both locally and internationally. An avid reader, she loves to travel and does not shy away from exploring new frontiers. An astute administrator and a woman of high integrity her strong communication, relationship management & interpersonal skills and organizational skills all combine to ensure the success of any venture she embarks on.
